Robert "Bob" Eugene Rose, Sr. lived at 3079 S Ridge Road in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan 49783. He was born on February 20, 1937 in Davidson Michigan, and passed away April 26, 2016 in Sauk Ste. Marie, Michigan, in the Tendercare Facility. He enjoyed eating at Wendy's and telling stories to the staff and a group of friends. Bob retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1980 as a Master Sergeant after 24 years of service.  He is survived by his sons; James(Dawn) Rose, and Robert(Jackie) Rose Jr. Daughter; Karen(David) Dumas. Sister: Joyce Trinkle. Brothers; Butch(Peggy) Rose, Wayne(Marcia) Rose, and Bruce(Catherine) Rose. Grandchildren; Ashleigh Rose, Brendan Rose, Miranda Rose, Hannah Rose, Hayden Rose, and Sydnie Dumas. Great-Grandchildren; Jaxon Parks. Piper Rittenberry, and Cooper Rittenberry. Sister-in laws; Annette Killips, and Beverly Blair, and Brother-in-law; Fred(Linda) Benoit. Bob was also survived by several nieces and nephews and three beloved pets. He was predeceased by; Wife-Mary Lou Benoit-Rose. Parents; Noble and Dorothy Rose, and Brother-James 0. Rose.  Visitation will be held 9:00am until 10:30am on Friday April 29, 2016 at Clark Bailey Newhouse Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00am  Friday April 29, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Michael Chenier as Celebrant and Deacon Bill Piche assisting. His final resting place is Oaklawn Chapel Gardens, and memorial contributions to the Hospice of the EUP. would be appreciated.  Online condolences may be left  at www.clarkbaileynewhouse.com.
